Our 3-Phase Design-Build Remodeling Process
Phase 1 – Your Vision, Design, & Planning
Your project will start with the discovery phase.
During our initial meeting, we’ll dive deep into your vision, goals, style, ideas, preferences, and even discuss budgets.
Our main focus is to determine if we’re a perfect fit for your project.
Once we establish we’re the right contractor for your project, we’ll jump into the exciting Design phase. This is where the magic happens!
Our designers will present you with a plan that is customized to meet your vision.
We’ll work together to make sure this is the very best plan for you and that you are happy with all the details.
Next, it’s time to make all the exciting selections – from finishes and fixtures to tiles and colors.
You’ll even get to see your vision come to life in a detailed 3D rendering.
Next up, we’ll present you with a Construction Contract. This all-inclusive agreement covers everything, including subcontractor costs, materials, and labor.
Now, we can schedule your remodel with precision. Nathan, your Project Coordinator will work to order all the materials needed and schedule all the build from day one beginning construction to the last day of cleanup and walk through with you., and ensure a seamless project execution.
Phase 2 – Building/Construction
Once your plan and schedule are crystal clear, it’s time to begin the build/construction phase.
First, we’ll introduce you to the team members that will be building your project. Your team will consist of a dedicated Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Designer, Carpenters, and Trades.
Throughout the pre-construction and construction stages, your Project Coordinator and Manager will take care of every detail. From scheduling and obtaining permits to coordinating material deliveries, and day-to-day schedules they’ll keep you in the loop with regular progress updates through the completion of your project.
Phase 3 – Post Construction/Warranty
Congratulations on successfully completing the construction phase!
With Vision Construction, you can trust that your project will be delivered on time and within budget. Unless there are changes made after the contract or unforeseen circumstances arise, the price outlined in your contract will be your final price.
Once your project is finished, we’ll thoroughly clean the project area and schedule a Project Walkthrough.
During your walkthrough, we’ll go through every detail of your remodel together to ensure your complete satisfaction and we’ll show you how to operate any new systems we’ve installed.
