What's the expected timeline of a project?
The honest answer is, it depends. There are many variables that come into play and affect project timelines.
The best way to determine what the timeline of a specific project will be is to schedule a consultation.
The consultation is complimentary and we’ll be able to answer this and many other questions with much more accuracy when we know a little more about what you’re looking for.
Do you obtain building permits?
Yes. Building permits can help give you peace of mind knowing that there is an official making sure the work being done on your home is correct and up to the proper codes.
Do you hire sub-contractors?
Yes. Subcontractors are specialists in their fields and often carry insurance to cover their specific part of the project. We are well known as a general contractor that subcontractors desire to work with, therefore, we are able to get who we feel are the best subcontractors in the business.
What's the typical work day for you and your crew?
Typically our crews work from 8 AM-4:30 PM Monday – Friday. However, there may be special occasions where we need to come in early, stay late, or even potentially work over the weekend.
Any special hours needed will be brought to your attention prior to the day required.
Do you use a contract for your projects?
Yes. A contract is for your safety as well as ours. It will list the project to be completed as well as the agreed-upon price for that project.
Are there any additional fees not listed in your contract?
No. There is the potential with every project that once we begin we may find something that needs attention or requires additional work to bring up to code.
Situations like this don’t always come up, but if they do, we will inform you of the change and why it is necessary.
We will also provide you with a change order form that will state the changes necessary as well as the details about associated charges. Once the change order is signed by you, it will be attached to the original contract.
